Support Chicago Public Art Group by attending our spring fundraising event, The Art of PlaY, on Monday, April 30th in the lobby of the Broadway Playhouse Theatre at Water Tower Place. Show Chicago Some Love! Turn your photo into mosaic art!

How would you like to see your smiling face on our new Oak Street Beach Mosaic Art Project?

You are invited to submit digital images of scenic shots of Chicago, or people showing their 'love' at Chicago landmarks. The chosen images will be included in a mosaic that will be part of the Oak Street Beach tunnel by early summer. This art project is made possible by HUG Chicago, a collaborative event to beautify visible areas of our wonderful city. HUG Chicago is spearheaded by Hospitality Cares Chicago, a not-for-profit organization, formed to create a collaboration of unified hospitality organizations, passionate about the betterment, greatness and goodness of Chicago.

We are asking all Chicagoans to help us create the best mural art ever!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

1. PHOTOGRAPH AWAY!
Take photos of Chicago scenes and landmarks. Include you, your loved ones, including pets if you'd like. Be creative, have fun, but please keep it decent!

2. PHOTO SPECIFICATIONS
All images must be photographed with a 6 to 10 megapixels of resolution, and cannot be larger than 5MB.

3. PHOTO SUBMISSIONS
Please submit your photos to: dahlia@hugchicago2012.com or you can upload them to: www.facebook.com/hugchicago2012. All photos must be sent in prior to Wednesday, May 9th.

4. Terms of Photo Usage
By submitting your photo to HUG Chicago, you are giving your full consent for the usage of our photo, and agreeing that the content is original, does not in any way plagiarize from anyone, infringe a copyright or trademark, violate anyone's rights, is not libelous or otherwise unlawful or misleading. All photos submitted may be used by HUG Chicago and the Chicago Public Art Group for any promotions, marketing and branding purposes, and we shall have the right to authorize third parties to do so. You will be notified if your photo has been selected as one of the 300 used for mural art project.
